Melius is building the agents lab for creative work.

The Role
We're looking for an Account Executive to help bring Melius to some of the world's most creative brands.
As one of our earliest GTM hires, you'll own the sales process from discovery through close, partnering directly with founders to shape our enterprise sales motion. You'll work with marketing, product, and engineering to understand customer workflows, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and help some of the world's leading creative teams adopt AI-native ways of working.
What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle from initial discovery through negotiation and close.
Build relationships with creative leaders, marketers, agencies, and enterprise stakeholders.
Deliver thoughtful product demos tailored to each customer's creative workflows and business goals.
Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and translate them into compelling Melius solutions.
Partner closely with founders on enterprise sales strategy, pricing, pilots, and expansion opportunities.
Work alongside product and engineering to communicate customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
Build a repeatable sales process as we scale from early customers to a world-class enterprise sales organization.
Represent Melius at customer meetings, industry events, and creative communities.
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in an Account Executive or closing role.
Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Strong discovery, communication, and storytelling skills.
Naturally curious and consultative—you enjoy understanding how customers work before proposing solutions.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping build processes from the ground up.
Excited to work directly with founders in a fast-paced startup environment.
Interest in AI, creative technology, design, or marketing is a strong plus.
Experience selling to enterprise marketing, creative, or design teams is a bonus.
Comfortable working in-person from our NYC office 5 days a week.
