The fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) team, where we focus on curating and scaling everyday consumer categories on TikTok Shop. We work closely with brands and creators to deliver engaging, data-driven strategies that shape how users discover and shop on the platform.
Responsibilities
- Seller Management: Direct a portfolio of small-to-medium sellers to drive revenue growth and achieve core business targets.
- Lead Generation & Sourcing: Identify and acquire new brands through pipeline research, cold calling, and lead synthesis.
- Special Projects: Assist in planning, executing, and tracking key operational and strategic initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled Undergraduate university student who is able to commit at least 3 months, preferably in a business administration/management or data analytics major.
- Experience with Excel, Data Analytical tool.
- Highly resilient, adaptable, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pay attention to details and manage tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong project management skills to manage cross-function stakeholders is a plus
- Dynamic, proactive, and eager to go beyond assigned duties to support team success
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
