The TikTok AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team advances AI across TikTok by turning human expertise and real-world insight into data for model training, evaluation, and improvement. We work with product and algorithm teams to develop data standards, build evaluation datasets, and identify opportunities to strengthen model performance.
Human judgment is nuanced and context-dependent, while models and product requirements continue to evolve. We translate that judgment into consistent data across languages, domains, and product scenarios, combining domain expertise, AI-powered automation, and global operations to improve evaluation methods and data production systems.
You will collaborate with algorithm, product, engineering, and operations teams throughout the model development lifecycle. This provides opportunities to deepen your understanding of AI systems, shape how models are trained and evaluated, and see how stronger data and evaluation practices inform product improvements.

Responsibilities
- Support labeling projects and uphold efficiency and quality by preparing and monitoring key project metrics
- Skillfully use business platforms and other tools to monitor and analyse the progress of the project in time to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
- Provide regular project updates and improve the overall project experience in our business domain
- Assist the team to analyse project data to facilitate data-driven decisions
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate in project management or a related discipline who can commit to the role for at least 3 months, ideally with a minimum of 4 working days per week.
- Ability to quickly understand and grasp business knowledge and model training processes.
- Strong communication and written skills in English.
- Good data analysis and project management skills.
- Strong coordination, collaboration, and time management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, international and dynamic environment.
- Be proactive and responsible in process optimization for effective management.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Solid interest in social content products and a knack/eye for social trends.
- Solid interest in project management and a keen eye for emerging social trends.
