The opportunity:
Reevo's sales team is in build mode, and we're scaling it aggressively in 2026. As one of our first SDRs, you'll work alongside our founding AE team and help shape the campaigns and messaging every SDR after you inherits.
You'll sell to founders, VPs of Sales, and revenue operations leaders at B2B companies. Most are paying for five different products to run sales: prospecting, email, calling, meeting notes, and CRM. Reevo replaces all five.
You'll also run your own outbound on Reevo while selling it, so what you learn goes straight to the people building the product.
Because of the close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, this role is required to be in-office San Francisco 5 days a week.
What you'll own:
Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to qualify potential leads and generate new opportunities.
Campaign Development: Build, launch, and iterate on outbound sequences, refining messaging and cadence based on what converts.
Market Research: Regularly research target markets, companies, and personas, prioritizing accounts showing active buying signals.
Multi-Threaded Outreach: Engage multiple stakeholders within target accounts, building parallel conversations with champions, evaluators, and economic buyers.
Lead Qualification: Engage prospects to assess their fit and readiness, effectively qualifying and setting meetings for the sales team.
Inbound Lead Response: Prioritize and respond quickly to demo requests and marketing-sourced leads, qualifying the highest-intent prospects first.
Customer Feedback Management: Engage with prospects and customers to collect detailed feedback, surfacing pain points, bugs, and product gaps to Product and Engineering.
Product Knowledge: Develop comprehensive expertise in Reevo's platform to serve as a resource for customer inquiries and internal teams.

Phone-First: You confidently pick up the phone before reaching for any other channel and hold your own in live conversation.
Sales Tools Expert: You are very knowledgeable of sales tools such as Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, Instantly.ai, Gong, Fireflies and other sales software / tools.
Strategic Multi-Threader: You naturally think in org charts and comfortably work several stakeholders inside a single account.
Effective Communicator: You clearly articulate value in writing and on calls, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
Product Curious: You proactively explore product features, test functionality, and quickly identify gaps or bugs.
Customer Advocate: You prioritize customer experience, providing insightful feedback that improves user satisfaction.
Resilient and Persistent: You confidently engage with prospects through cold outreach and handle objections effectively.
What you bring:
1-3 years in outbound sales role, ideally within B2B SaaS.
Demonstrated experience with cold outreach, lead qualification, and setting meetings that convert.
Hands-on experience across a modern sales stack (CRM, prospecting and engagement, enrichment, dialers, notetakers).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage competing priorities.

Compensation: A highly competitive base salary and bonus structure, and early-stage equity that aligns your success directly with the company's growth. For this role, total on-target earnings (OTE) range from $80,000–$100,000, depending on experience.
