We're looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team in Mexico City.

As a BDR, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and helping fuel our sales pipeline. You'll work closely with the sales team to identify high-value prospects and contribute directly to our company's growth.
What You'll Do
Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and other outreach channels to identify and qualify potential customers.
Generate new business opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
Accurately track outreach activities, opportunities, and progress within our CRM.
Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to develop strategies for penetrating new markets and target accounts.
Research prospects and gather market intelligence to support business development efforts.
Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation goals.
What We're Looking For
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and establish relationships.
A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Base Salary: $18,000 MXN gross per month
