Where you’ll create impact
Drive cross-functional execution on the Founders' highest-priority initiatives across Product, Engineering, GTM, Brand, and Partnerships. Own outcomes end-to-end.
Prepare the Founders for every high-stakes moment - enterprise sales calls, investor pitches, board meetings, keynotes. Be his stand-in when needed.
Collaborate with Founders and other executive leaders to define long-term strategic goals and develop clear operational plans to achieve them
Proactively resolve problems, and deal with issues before they escalate to the Founders
Work with teams to improve our best practices, lean process flow, and patterns of behavior
Build frameworks for evaluating new opportunities. Analyze data to clarify what matters.
Own the narrative from the CEO's office. Write content, shape communications, and help the founding team tell the story internally and externally.
What sets you up for success

4+ years in consulting, operations, strategy, or product at a high-growth tech company

Meet the Team
Max owns the automation and productization of our GTM motion. In his first quarter, he created a systems for customers to "try before they buy" - leading to a 2x+ boost in win-rate, as well as spinning up dozens of bots and agents to build cross-functional efficiency.
Woosung leads finance at DualEntry and would work closely with the Chief of Staff to keep company-wide priorities on track.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $120,000 - $175,000
