About the Role
We're looking for a Cloud & AI Researcher to join our team and drive value into our product offerings through in-depth analysis, innovative solutions, and actionable insights on cloud and AI cost optimization. This is a chance to sit at the intersection of research, product, and development and help make the world of cloud optimization more efficient and actionable.
What You'll Do
Conduct comprehensive, hands-on research on AI and cloud technologies, trends, and best practices with a focus on cost optimization.
Collaborate with product development teams to integrate research findings and POCs into new platform features and enhancements.
Bring domain expertise into pre-sales and post-sales processes, working directly with prospects to maximize value.
Publish thought-leadership technical content in various forms: blogs, white papers, OSS, webinars, and live sessions.
What We're Looking For
Must-have
Proficiency in cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Experience building or researching AI technologies such as coding agents, LLM-based applications, and GPU training.
Hands-on capability in cloud-native environments (e.g., Kubernetes).
Proficiency in big data analytics (SQL) and data modeling.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure / DevOps tools and processes.
Excellent analytical skills and advanced research methodologies.
Proven track record of conducting hands-on, low-level research and delivering innovative POCs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
Published technical research artifacts (blog, white papers, OSS, etc.).
Experience in public speaking (conferences, meetups, etc.).
Prior cloud security research experience.
