Corporate Development & Partnerships Team
The Corp. Dev. & Partnerships team is responsible for how EliseAI expands its footprint in housing and captures the value beyond the core platform. The remit spans strategic partnerships on the go-to-market side (distribution, channel) and the product side (integrations that extend what our platform can do), M&A, government affairs, and the strategic roadmap for high-value categories like payments and insurance. This team blends dealmaking, go-to-market, and policy with a mandate to own each initiative end-to-end - sourcing it, structuring it, and driving it to something live.Our goal is to enable EliseAI to capture more value across the housing ecosystem rather than sit adjacent to it.
About The Role
As a Senior Associate on the Corp. Dev. & Partnerships team, you'll own the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic partnerships and corporate development initiatives - from sourcing and structuring to closing and execution. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong business judgment, analytical skills, partner engagement, and a bias for action. The role reports into the Director of Corp. Dev. and Partnerships, with close engagement with EliseAI’s leadership team and broader Strategy & Planning organization.
Key Responsibilities
Build and prioritize the partnership and corporate development pipeline, owning the relationship end-to-ends
Lead the cross-functional work - with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Legal - needed to turn a signed agreement into a live partnership, and keep internal and external incentives aligned along the way
Own the ongoing evaluation and monitoring of market segments and partner companies across the industries relevant to the EliseAI platform
Evaluate specific partnership and corporate development opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis, and present conclusions and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Help attract, hire, and develop top-tier talent as the team grows

Requirements
3-4 years of experience in strategic partnerships at high growth startups, investment banking, management consulting or other relevant roles (corporate/business development, strategy or founder) at high growth startups
Proven ability to operate in fast-paced environments, and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to develop actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across teams and partner companies
Ability to work in-person at our NYC headquarters 4-5 days a week

Job Compensation Range
The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $180,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
