About the Role
We're looking for a Creative Producer who owns Metal's visual identity and video presence end-to-end. This is a specialist role for someone with a proven track record of creating 10x content. You'll lead video production and manage Metal's social media brand, setting the bar for how the world sees Metal.
What You'll Do
Concept, produce, and edit high-quality video content across formats — short-form social, product storytelling, founder testimonials, and brand campaigns.
Own Metal's social media presence across platforms, developing a consistent brand voice and content calendar that grows audience and engagement.
Build and maintain a production workflow that lets Metal move fast without sacrificing quality.
Collaborate with growth, product, and leadership to align content with company narratives and campaign moments.
Identify emerging content formats and platform trends and bring them to Metal's brand before they're mainstream.
