As the Director of Revenue Enablement, you’ll create and implement revenue enablement strategies, learning programs, and AI-powered workflows that help our customer-facing teams identify and capitalize on monetization and expansion opportunities.
You’ll help our revenue teams reach their full potential. You’ll build Homebase capabilities across learning and development, AI-enabled workflows, technology adoption, sales processes, and product feedback. In partnership with team managers and Revenue Operations, you’ll create programs that shorten ramp time for new hires and strengthen the skills of tenured Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and Account Managers.
You’ll lead our revenue enablement function, evolve how we teach and reinforce the sales process, and develop a high-performing team. Your work will position Homebase to scale quickly while increasing revenue productivity. As a member of the Homebase leadership team, you’ll help chart the path for future Homies.
These are the key ways you’ll contribute and create impact in this role:
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Revenue Enablement team, setting priorities, coaching for growth, and driving consistent execution.
Own Homebase's revenue enablement strategy, including onboarding, continuous learning, certifications, and programs that improve ramp time and sales productivity.
Champion adoption of Command of the Message, MEDDPICC, and other revenue methodologies through training, reinforcement, and coaching.
Lead the evolution of Homebase's AI-powered enablement strategy, driving adoption of AI tools and workflows that improve productivity and business outcomes.
Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Product, IT, and Revenue Leadership to deliver scalable enablement programs that evolve alongside our products and go-to-market strategy.
Build and maintain best-in-class enablement content, resources, and learning experiences that keep our teams prepared for success.
Use performance data, team feedback, and funnel insights to continuously improve enablement programs and increase conversion, productivity, and revenue impact.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and operational excellence that reflects Homebase's AI-first, high-velocity culture.
🚀 The Foundation for Success - These are the experiences and strengths that will set you up for success in this role:
5+ years of experience across the full sales cycle or in revenue enablement within a high-growth startup or similarly fast-paced environment.
Proven success building and leading high-performing enablement or other revenue-focused teams.
Experience designing and scaling onboarding, coaching, and continuous learning programs that improve ramp time and sales performance.
Deep expertise with modern sales methodologies, such as Command of the Message or MEDDPICC, including coaching and certification.
Demonstrated experience leading change management initiatives and accelerating adoption of AI-enabled workflows and modern GTM tools, such as Claude, Gong, LetterAI, or equivalent, with a focus on driving measurable productivity and revenue impact.
Strong executive communication, facilitation, and cross-functional partnership skills, with the ability to influence leaders across Revenue, Product, IT, and Operations.
Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate business insights into scalable enablement strategies that improve revenue outcomes.
Builder mindset with a bias for action—you thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to build from scratch.
Ability to collaborate in person at our Denver or Houston office Monday through Thursday as part of our hub-based model.
