Job Description
What You'll Do
- Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and contract amendments
- Coordinate approvals with customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate contract and opportunity information in internal systems
- Support invoicing and contract administration activities
- Resolve billing and documentation-related queries in collaboration with internal teams
- Support Sales representatives with day-to-day commercial operations
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance across systems and documentation
What We're Looking For
- Completed higher education (Bachelor / Master)
- 1-2 years of experience in similar role is an advantage
- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- English at Intermediate level or higher
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with documentation
- Strong written communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
- Comfortable working with structured processes and recurring tasks
