What you'll do
Source and pursue opportunities through strategic outbound while owning and building our inbound pipeline motion from the ground up.
Identify and qualify prospects against our ICP across mid-market segments, developing the playbooks and processes to do this repeatably.
Build trusted partnerships with senior technical stakeholders and buyers, anticipating their needs and delivering an exceptional experience.
Own deal cycles from discovery through close, leading negotiations, handling objections, and moving contracts forward.
Create tailored presentations and proposals that speak to customer pain points, partnering with marketing to generate and accelerate pipeline.
Help shape how we sell. As an early GTM hire, you'll have real influence over our sales motion, playbooks, and processes.
Partner cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and close feedback loops between customers and our builders.
What you’ll bring
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales role, identifying and closing a large volume of accounts.
Experience managing an aggressive quota and running end-to-end complex 5-figure ACV deals.
Proven track record of identifying and targeting potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
Own the full sales cycle from discovery through POC, partnering with Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to drive customer success.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
