Where You'll Create Impact
Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, Operations, and Leadership - sourcing through close
Partner with founders and hiring managers on role definition, target profiles, and market positioning
Source and close exceptional candidates in competitive markets using creative, non-obvious sourcing strategies
Own the candidate experience, employer brand, and hiring process end to end
Build pipeline reporting and analytics to know what’s working

Equity: $40,000 - $65,000 USD
Base Salary: $130,000 - $200,000 USD
Variable compensation: $15,000 - $60,000 USD
