Home Improvement Team focus on growing and scaling the Home Improvement category on TikTok Shop. Our team works closely with sellers, brands, and creators to develop impactful growth strategies, enhance product discovery, and create engaging shopping experiences for millions of users.

About this role
In this role, you will learn about Home Improvement industry trend direct with most of leading brand in the industry, understand the needs and help to achieve their business growth by providing strategic plan driven by historical data. You will learn how to make a high level networking with Brand Senior Management.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of assigned high value and high potential customer's business needs, objectives, and challenges
- Identify and address any issues or concerns from Key Merchants, and implement solutions quickly
- Assist Team on execute category project and supervise key category clients needs
- Do periodic project analysis and report to Category Manager
Minimum Qualification(s)
1. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English, both written and verbal.
2. Active in Organization
3. Good Communication and presentation skills
4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven analysis
5. Detail-oriented and well organized person
6. Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude.
7. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any major
Preferred Qualification(s)
1. Has experience in using Excel, data analysis and presentation
2. Project management experience
