About this role:
We're looking for a Marketing Operations hire to build and scale the systems that power our marketing and revenue growth.
You'll own lead management, scoring, lifecycle automation, campaign operations, and marketing attribution. This is a hands-on role for someone who can execute campaigns today while building scalable systems that make our marketing engine smarter and more efficient over time.
In your first six months, you'll have built a reliable lead scoring and routing system, launched automated lifecycle nurtures, streamlined campaign operations, and established actionable reporting on marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue.
Ultimately, you'll help us build a marketing engine that becomes more effective and scalable as fal grows.
What you’ll do
Lead Management & Scoring
Build lead scoring models using product usage, firmographics, engagement, and buying intent signals.
Own lead enrichment, segmentation, qualification, and routing in partnership with Sales and RevOps.
Identify high-intent prospects and accounts, surfacing actionable signals to Sales.
Lifecycle Marketing & Automation
Build automated email nurtures across signup, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion.
Create behavior-triggered campaigns based on product activity and customer segments.
Continuously optimize workflows to improve engagement and conversion.
Campaign Operations & Attribution
Own campaign setup, tracking, and reporting in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
Manage event marketing operations, including list building, enrichment, lead uploads, and post-event follow-up.
Establish reliable attribution and reporting to measure marketing's impact on pipeline and revenue.
Marketing Systems & Infrastructure
Build scalable workflows connecting CRM, product data, enrichment tools, and marketing platforms.
Automate manual processes and improve data quality across the marketing funnel.
Develop dashboards and reporting to track campaign performance, funnel conversion, and revenue impact.
Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and implement systems that scale with the business.
Qualifications/Nice-to-haves
3–6+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or growth operations, ideally in B2B SaaS or developer tools.
Experience building lead scoring, lifecycle nurture programs, segmentation, and automated workflows.
Familiarity with enrichment and intent tools such as Clay, Apollo, Clearbit, or 6sense.
Strong analytical skills and experience with attribution, funnel reporting, and pipeline measurement.
A builder's mindset: comfortable creating systems from scratch, solving ambiguous problems, and moving quickly.
Experience in product-led growth (PLG), developer tools, or AI infrastructure.
Familiarity with SQL, APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation tools.
Experience building product-qualified lead (PQL) models using behavioral and usage data.

$140,000 - $180,000 + equity + comprehensive benefits package
