We’re hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to help growing organisations across EMEA replace fragmented tools, manual handoffs, and workflow blind spots with a more unified way to operate. This role is a strong fit for a consultative seller who can turn high-intent inbound demand into durable revenue, run sharp discovery, and connect day-to-day pain to a clear business case for change.
This role matters now because more mid-market teams are actively consolidating software, pushing for clearer visibility across work, and looking for practical ways to adopt AI without adding more complexity. You’ll partner with buyers who are already showing intent through trials, demo requests, and marketing demand, and help them see how ClickUp can become a more scalable operating system for work.
Mission
Drive new ARR across mid-market customers in EMEA by running disciplined, consultative inbound sales cycles, translating workflow pain into measurable business value, and building repeatable pipeline momentum.
What You’ll Do
Own new-business opportunities across mid-market accounts in your assigned EMEA region, from first response through discovery, demo, commercial process, negotiation, and close.
Convert free trials, marketing-qualified leads, demo requests, and other high-intent demand into qualified pipeline and closed-won revenue.
Run strong discovery conversations that uncover process friction, tool sprawl, stakeholder priorities, and the business case for adopting ClickUp.
Deliver compelling product demos and value-based conversations that connect ClickUp to productivity, visibility, collaboration, and AI-enabled workflow outcomes.
Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecast accuracy, CRM hygiene, and clear next-step ownership across every active deal.
Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to improve conversion quality, buyer experience, and internal handoffs.
Build enough product depth to confidently handle common product and service questions, and know when to pull in the right partner for deeper support.
Share structured feedback on objections, win patterns, and customer needs to help strengthen messaging and pipeline quality across the broader EMEA commercial motion.
Required Qualifications
Recent success in a quota-carrying B2B SaaS closing role with clear ownership of full-cycle opportunities.
Strong discovery, qualification, demo, objection-handling, and consultative selling skills in a fast-moving environment.
Evidence of consistent quota attainment and disciplined pipeline and forecast management.
Ability to translate workflow pain, productivity challenges, or tool consolidation needs into clear business value.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in remote selling environments.
High ownership, coachability, resilience, and attention to detail across deal execution and follow-through.
Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, growth, and post-sales partners to move deals forward and improve the buyer experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling into mid-market, commercial, or similarly multi-stakeholder customer segments.
Experience selling productivity, collaboration, workflow, project management, or other horizontal SaaS products.
Exposure to product-led, inbound-heavy, or mixed inbound and outbound sales motions.
Familiarity with structured sales methods such as MEDDICC or MEDDPICC.
Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo, People.ai, or similar modern sales tooling.
Comfort addressing common technical or customer-support-oriented questions in live sales conversations.
Location & Working Expectations
Candidates should be able to support the core working hours needed for EMEA customers and key internal partners.
Hybrid role (3 days per week in office)
