Mid-Market Account Executive（小規模顧客担当営業） は、担当領域における売上成長のすべてにオーナーシップを持ち、新規機会の創出・育成、パイプライン管理、アカウント戦略の実行、および既存顧客の拡大を担います。
本ポジションは個人予算達成に強いコミットメントを持ち、プリセールス、SDR、チャネルセールス、およびRubrik パートナーと連携しながら、日本国内の担当主要アカウントに対して Rubrik を代表して活動し、売上目標を達成いただきます。また、エンド・ツー・エンドでセールスプロセスを管理し、チーム全体の成功において重要な役割を果たします。
理想的な候補者は、Fortune 1000 企業に対して優れた営業実績を持ち、パイプラインの力強い拡大、アウトバウンドによる新規開拓、徹底した要件確認、イノベーション、そして継続的なハードワークを実証している方です。データセンター領域へのエンタープライズソフトウェア、SaaS、クラウド、IT インフラ関連製品・サービスの営業経験は必須です。主な業務内容
- 担当エリアの営業計画を策定および実行し、プロスペクティング、案件の見極め、管理、クロージングを通じて個人予算を達成する
- 多数の戦略的商談を推進するため、パイプラインを構築・管理する
- 小規模顧客を中心としたアカウントにおいて、新規成長機会を特定し、クロージングまで導く
- 複雑なデータセンター環境において Rubrik のソリューションを提案・プレゼンテーションする
- パートナー、ディストリビューター、VAR と協業し、共同販売および戦略立案を行い、高い成長を実現する
- ローカル市場の動向や新たなビジネス機会、チャネルパートナー候補について Rubrik マネジメントへフィードバックを提供する
- IT インフラまたは SaaS のいずれかにおける 3年以上のテック営業経験
- 新規顧客（Net New Logos）獲得における一貫した成功実績
- Fortune 1000 クラスのエンドユーザー向け営業での高い実績
- チャネルとの協業において、高いオーナーシップと深い理解・経験を有する方
- 継続的に目標を達成・上回ってきた実績
