People Operations Coordinator Overview

The People Operations Coordinator at Cowboy Space Corporation plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience throughout the employee lifecycle—from candidate to new hire. This role is responsible for coordinating recruiting activities, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience, managing onboarding logistics, and supporting key People Operations processes that help the company scale effectively.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and the People team, this individual will help operationalize recruiting and onboarding workflows while supporting People Operations initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, operationally minded, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating exceptional experiences for both candidates and employees in a fast-paced, high-growth aerospace environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive compensation package including salary, equity, and benefits based on experience and level. Posted range is $80,000 to $120,000.
