We're looking for an exceptional Executive / Personal Assistant to work directly with the CRO.
You will work closely with the СRO across both professional and personal matters, helping manage priorities, coordination, logistics, and day-to-day operations.
You will serve as a trusted partner to the CRO, helping manage schedules, travel, communications, logistics, and a wide range of business and personal responsibilities. Success in this role requires discretion, strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently execute at a high level across diverse situations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the calendar and priorities
Coordinate meetings and follow-ups
Organize international travel, accommodations, and logistics
Handle restaurant reservations, events requests
Manage personal and business administrative tasks
Coordinate with team members, partners, and external vendors
Track action items and make sure things get done
Research vendors, services, locations, and opportunities
Help create structure around an often fast-moving schedule
Required Qualifications
Has 3+ years of experience in hospitality, concierge, luxury service, events, operations, or executive support
Speaks excellent English
Is highly organized and detail-oriented
Is proactive and resourceful
Communicates clearly and professionally
Enjoys solving problems independently
Can manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
Is comfortable working directly with executive level
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting executives or founders
Experience coordinating international travel
