Production Engineer - Software Integration

The role

The Production Engineer - Software Integration ensures software runs reliably in live environments, focusing on stability, efficiency, and scalability by building automation, monitoring tools (observability), managing incidents, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve developer experience and product quality, bridging DevOps and Software Engineering. Key duties include troubleshooting, performance tuning, deployment automation, incident response, and security, ensuring seamless operations from code to production.

The day-to-day

  • System Reliability & Performance: Ensure applications run reliably, efficiently, and securely in live production environments.

You should apply if you

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Strong coding skills in relevant languages (C++, Rust, SQL, Nix OS, etc).
  • Experience with cloud platforms, ERP and MES.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) and monitoring tools.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
  • Understanding of system architecture, networking, and database management in production environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
