We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Clinic:

At Reins & Roots, we are building a welcoming, supportive environment

As we continue to grow, we are especially excited to expand into equine therapy, integrating the therapeutic benefits of working with horses into our services. This will allow us to offer a unique blend of evidence-based ABA and experiential, nature-based learning.

Future Equine Therapy

Our clinic will feature a working garden, a cozy kitchen space, and outdoor activities like picnic-style lunches. These experiences are designed to feel familiar and comforting, while also building independence and real-world skills.

Future Clinic-Based Therapy

At its core, our Weatherford clinic will be a place where children feel safe, families feel supported, and learning happens naturally—through connection, experience, and a setting that truly feels like home.
