We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager in Denver to direct one of our Account Executive squads. In this position, you will drive revenue growth by coaching high-performing sales representatives and fostering a culture rooted in accountability, collaborative success, and rapid execution. As a key leader in our AI-driven organization, you will support your team in achieving consultative sales excellence and enhancing their everyday operations through the effective integration of AI technologies.

These are the key ways you’ll contribute and create impact in this role:
Sales Performance & Revenue Growth: Drive consistent target overachievement by maintaining high pipeline discipline, upholding quota accountability, and embedding Homebase’s core sales methodology.
Team Mentorship & Development: Manage, coach, and scale a high-performing team of 6–10 Account Executives through data-backed feedback, individualized growth plans, and active recruiting and onboarding.
AI Innovation & Adoption: Champion the use of AI tools across your team to streamline prospecting, improve forecasting accuracy, and elevate customer engagement while continually refining sales workflows.
Operational Rigor & Strategy: Use key performance data to guide decision-making, optimize sales velocity, and identify operational efficiencies.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Customer Support to refine go-to-market strategies and represent the customer’s perspective.
Culture & Leadership: Cultivate an empowering team environment aligned with The Homie Way, encouraging reps to take ownership, celebrate success, and put collective goals first.
🚀 The Foundation for Success - These are the experiences and strengths that will set you up for success in this role:
5+ years of experience leading high-velocity inside sales teams, preferably within the SaaS industry.
Demonstrated success in coaching sales representatives to consistently surpass quotas in fast-scaling organizations.
Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of using metrics to make strategic business decisions and take accountability for team performance.
Track record of integrating AI tools into sales workflows and driving team-wide adoption.
Background in SMB sales, with a passion for supporting local businesses.
Strong communication capabilities and the ability to build trust across cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
