💙 About Bounce
At Bounce we’re on a mission to make people’s journeys lighter, because we believe nobody should have to plan their day around their stuff.
We started with the largest luggage storage network on the planet: 35,000+ local businesses across 100+ countries, where travelers drop their bags and get on with their day. Now we’re going further, with luggage delivery and our own 24/7 lockers. Our goal is for “bounce it” to be the first thing people say when they arrive in a new city.
We’re a small, nimble team across Lisbon, San Francisco, and Tokyo. We move fast, test ideas early, and change course when the data tells us to. If you want to make travel lighter for everyone, come build it with us.
We were named the fastest-growing travel company in the US on the 2024 Inc 5000, and we’re backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, including a16z, General Catalyst, and 359 Capital.
About the role
As the Senior Product Manager, Demand Growth at Bounce, you will own two critical pods within the Demand cluster:
Acquisition Pod — driving how users discover Bounce across SEO, AI discovery, paid marketing, and partnerships.
Conversion Pod (CRO) — optimizing the end-to-end booking funnel to maximize conversion, revenue, and user intent capture.
The mission
Your mission is simple: grow demand efficiently by improving both traffic quality and conversion performance.
You’ll translate Bounce’s growth strategy into data-driven product bets, partnering closely with engineering, design, data, SEO, and performance marketing. From landing page architecture and geospatial discovery experiences to checkout flows and experimentation frameworks, you’ll lead initiatives that directly drive GMV growth.
This is a high-impact role for a product manager who thrives at the intersection of growth, experimentation, and user behavior — someone equally excited about acquisition strategy and deep funnel optimization.
Where you come in
You own demand. From the first time someone hears about Bounce to the moment they pay.
That means three things:
Top-of-funnel strategy. Figure out where our next users come from then build and scale new channels.
Conversion rate optimization. You can spot where users experience friction, understand what’s causing it, and design solutions to remove it.
Work closely with teams across all key acquisition channels, including paid, SEO, organic, and CRM.
Your Profile
You’re AI-native. You ship with Cursor, Claude Code, or similar. You run analysis with LLMs. You've done this in a real job, not just for side projects.
You prefer to stay hands-on as an individual contributor. Bounce keeps teams small, relying on an elite group of high performers rather than building large teams.
You’ve worked as a Product Manager in a growth-focused role, owning both acquisition and conversion outcomes.
You’re comfortable owning full-funnel metrics, from traffic and activation to conversion and GMV.
You’re highly data-literate: able to run your own analysis, interpret results, and turn insights into product direction.
You’re pragmatic and outcome-driven. Comfortable operating autonomously while collaborating deeply across functions.
What you will actually do
Leverage AI heavily in every minute of your day.
Run experiments. A lot of them. You already know how to prioritize them, read the results, and kill the losers fast.
Build and scale new acquisition channels in your first year.
Lift relative booking conversion rate by 15% in your first year.
Pull your own data. Analyze it with AI tools, not by waiting on an analyst.
Report into our Product leader and work closely with our Growth leader.
Who you are not
Someone who waits for other functions to unblock you.
Someone who wants to manage people.
Someone who wants to work from home all the time.
Someone who refers to other functions as “resources”.

Our core values
Velocity is priority #1. The faster we ship, the faster we learn. One day sooner compounds.
Be experiment-driven. Small hypotheses, small scopes, fast learning.
Freedom with responsibility. You have the freedom to act, and we trust you to do what's best for Bounce.
Own the outcome. Commit to the outcome, not the task.
Think at scale. A small improvement shipped globally can beat a big one in a single city.
Be scrappy. There are no experts, it's just us. If something needs doing, we figure it out.
Strive for feedback. Care personally, challenge directly, and make feedback a habit.
Relationships matter. We genuinely care about the people we work with. We build community, not just collaborate.
