Cloaked is rebuilding consumer trust in how personal data is used. Companies have entire security teams guarding their data and identity. People don't. We're building that for everyone: an AI-powered service that protects your identity and privacy, watches over your personal data, and steps in on your behalf when it's exposed. A personal security and privacy chief for every user, not just the Fortune 500.
The role. We're hiring a senior PM for our consumer product. Much of the work is retention and engagement: the experiences that turn a signup into a habit and earn the next visit. That's where the product compounds. We want a strong generalist who can own that end to end, not a specialist who only knows growth loops.
How we work. Cloaked Product is AI-native. You'll direct AI agents to prototype ideas, dig through data, and ship real features, not hand off a spec and wait weeks for a build. It changes how much one PM can own, and we expect you to reach for it. You don't need to have worked this way before. You do need to be genuinely excited to.
What will you do?
Own a core area of the consumer product end to end, from the problem to the shipped feature to the metric it moves.
Find why users stay or leave, then build the experiences that earn the next visit: a sharper onboarding, the habit that forms in week one, personalization, the right nudge at the right moment.
Run experiments, read the cohort and funnel data yourself, and decide what to kill and what to double down on based on what you learn.
Direct AI agents to prototype, analyze, and ship, and partner closely with Engineering and Design to get high-quality features out fast.
Build the instrumentation so we can trust what we measure: activation, retention cohorts, and the behaviors that predict who stays.
Raise the bar on retention and engagement thinking across the product org, so it shows up in how we build everything.
What we're looking for
A track record of owning consumer products end to end and shipping work that moved a real metric. You can talk through the data that proved it.
Sharp product judgment in ambiguity. You walk into an unframed problem, find where the leverage is, and decide what to build without waiting to be told.
Fluency with data. You run your own experiments, read cohort and funnel behavior, and set up instrumentation you can trust.
Strong consumer intuition. You see patterns in user behavior that others miss and hold a real point of view on what makes a product worth coming back to.
Technical fluency. You work well with engineers, understand what's feasible, and can read code when it helps.
You reach for AI to move faster, or you're hungry to learn how.
Clear communication. You bring people along with your thinking and write it down well.
You're in NYC and can collaborate in person.

Cloaked is a well-funded Series B startup based out of NYC.
Although we are a distributed team, the NYC team operates with a hybrid model. The office building is home to several amenities, including a gourmet cafe, cocktail bar, and a rooftop work area.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer above market rate pay and equity based off of the market's best commercially available data. Your compensation will be a combination of salary, bonus and equity.

We offer flexible work arrangements and the ability to work remotely as needed. Cloaked provides a home office stipend in addition to a new company laptop (and other tech depending on the role).
